DRV8825 Stepper Motor Driver with Aluminum Heat Sink
This product is a breakout board for Texas Instruments’ DRV8825 microstepping bipolar stepper motor driver with R100. It features adjustable current limiting, overcurrent and overtemperature protection, and supports six microstep resolutions (up to 1/32-step). Operating on a power supply range of 8.2 to 45 V, it can deliver around 1.5 A per phase without cooling, and up to 2.2 A with adequate cooling. The pinout and interface are similar to those of the A4988 stepper motor driver, making it a high-performance replacement for many applications.
Additionally, the board comes with an aluminum heat sink to improve heat dissipation.
