MACH3 Interface Board CNC 5 Axis with Optocoupler for Stepper Motor Driver and USB cable
The MACH3 Interface Board CNC 5 Axis with Optocoupler for Stepper Motor Driver is the most recent upgrade to the 5 axis breakout board. It is specifically designed for CNC single axis 2-phase stepper driver controllers, including series such as TB6560, M542, M542H, MA860H, 2M542, 2M982, DM542(A), and DM860(A). This board allows direct control of any 1-5 single axis stepper driver controllers from a PC using software like MACH3, EMC2, or KCAM4.
The board features a relay output port to control the spindle switch, designated as output port P17.
Additionally, it provides an optocoupler isolated 0-10V analog voltage output, which, when used with the appropriate analog interface converter, can manage the spindle speed. The output port P1 opens all 17 ports, enabling control of a 5-axis stepper motor through the optocoupler drive. The P1 port also serves as a PWM output, which can be managed by an optocoupler input spindle governor. This setup is compatible with both common cathode and common anode input levels at 5V drive.
