1) Express Shipping : Rs75/- The order gets delivered within 3-4 working days.
2) Table Rate : Rs69/- upto 500gm. The order gets delivered within 5-7 working days. The Courier Charge changes depending on the weight of the parcel above 500gm.
3) Free Shipping : Free shipping is applicable to the purchase of Rs. 499 and above. The order gets delivered within 5-7 working days.
4) Store Pick Up : This is applicable for Pune specific customers who can visit and pick up their parcel by themselves or arrange third party pick up them.

Yes. You receive an invoice at delivery of ordered goods. We generate Invoice of every order placed on our online store Zbotic.in.
Please check invoice after receiving your parcel inside the box and match the details.

There are very less possibilities that the parcel will have some missing parts or accessories. We pack every order under strict and automated system to avoid any such issues.
But even if the customer receives an incomplete order or with missing accessories or components, then please submit a ticket mentioning the below details to investigate and revert you with proper resolution.

2. Email ID used at the time of placing order.
3. Snapshots of the package and Invoice
4. Product SKU of Missing Item and Missing Quantity
Our operations run on an automated system, if the item is missing in a particular order then our system will show that the extra material is in stock which means that some orders are shipped with missing items, and this way we will be sure.
Once confirmed that the item is missing from the parcel, we will inform regarding the same and will send the same without any additional courier charges.
Note : The complain of missing part is only acceptable if ticket or complain has been raised / submitted in 2 days from the Delivery date.
We at ZBOTIC take all measures to ensure proper and intact packing of ordered items to avoid any physical damage in transit or even in worst handling by at multiple channels.
Still if customer received the package in damaged condition, please contact us immediately after receiving the item and inform our team, we are there to help on the same.
Please make sure to contact us immediately after receiving the parcel, otherwise return will be not applicable.
Follow below guidelines to raise your ticket for the same.
1. Submit a Ticket through Our Web Portal/Email
2. Mention Order ID
3. Attached Image of damaged box/ Items
4. Provide us email ID and Mobile number which has been used while placing order
Our Team will investigate and provide the resolution within 48hours.
Based on investigation feedback, we will arrange Replacement and will ask/initiate return back of damaged parcel or items.
**Please make sure to inform us same day about damaged parcel or item
Since we always strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, the cancellation of orders may not always be possible based on our order processing system.
If it is still early in the order process, you can request for cancellation from your account or you can write immediately to our support team and we may be able to cancel or place a new one with the item you want.
But we can not cancel or change any information if the order has already processed for shipment including details like Shipping Address, Billing Information, Item, or Quantity.
Once the order has been processed and despatched, all orders are subject to our Return and Replacement policies. There will be deduction of Courier charges for both sides if order has been cancelled after shipment processed from warehouse.
