This sensor is a B3950 10K NTC waterproof high-precision thermistor that can measure temperature in various applications. It has a stainless-steel tip of 5 x 25mm with an XH2.54 connector and a 2-meter cable. Its negative thermal coefficient (NTC) means that its resistance decreases as the temperature increases. However, the relationship between resistance and temperature is not linear, so it is better to use a table of measurements than a linear formula. The table of measurements can be found in the datasheet that comes with the thermistor.
