Product Description
The MLX90614 is an infrared thermometer that can measure temperature without touching the object. It has a high-resolution 17-bit ADC and a powerful DSP that make it very accurate and precise. It can be used for many purposes, such as measuring body temperature and detecting motion. The sensor has a 5-degree field of view and gives the average temperature of all the objects in that area.
The GY-906 MLX90614ESF-DCI is a breakout board for the MLX90614 sensor that can be connected to Arduino or any other microcontroller that supports I2C communication.
The breakout board comes with all the necessary components for operation and two kinds of pins.
