HX711 Weighing Pressure Sensor Module Big Size with Soldering

The HX711 Module is a compact breakout board featuring the HX711 IC, designed to interface with load cells and provide precise 24-bit weight measurements. It connects to your microcontroller via a simple two-wire interface (Clock and Data), allowing for easy calibration of the load cell to ensure accurate readings. This module is ideal for applications such as industrial scales, process control, or presence detection. Numerous libraries are available, making it easy to integrate the HX711 with various microcontrollers.

Load cells typically consist of four wires arranged in a Wheatstone bridge configuration, which are connected to the HX711. These wires are commonly color-coded as RED, BLK, WHT, GRN, and YLW.

Each colour corresponds to the conventional colour coding of load cells :

1. Red (Excitation+ or VCC).
2. Black (Excitation- or GND).
3. White (Amplifier+, Signal+, or Output+).
4. Green (A-, S-, or O-).
5. Yellow (Shield).

The YLW pin acts as an optional input that not hook up to the strain gauge; but is utilized to ground and shield against outside EMI (electromagnetic interference). Please keep in mind that some load cells might have variations in colour-coding.
