The AM2301 Capacitive Digital Temperature and Humidity Sensor is a popular DHT sensor known for its accurate temperature measurement with a precision of ±0.5°C in 0.1°C steps and a relative humidity accuracy of ±3%.
This sensor simplifies wiring with just three connections: power, ground, and data. It only requires a single digital pin on a microcontroller for operation. Full support for the AM2301 is available through the DHT library on the Arduino Playground, making it easy to integrate with Arduino platforms.
