Introducing our Raindrops Detection Sensor Module, an essential tool for monitoring rainfall intensity and weather conditions. This sensor module is compatible with Arduino and other devices, providing digital and analog output signals for versatile applications.
Comprising a rain board and a control board, this module offers precise rain detection capabilities. The rain board catches raindrops, while the control board utilizes an op-amp to measure the resistance of the rain board, which varies depending on the amount of water present. This resistance is translated into output voltage, with higher water levels leading to lower voltage outputs and vice versa. For instance, a dry board outputs 5V.
Equipped with an LED indicator for power status and a potentiometer for adjusting sensitivity, the control board offers customizable functionality to suit various environments and applications. The sensor module incorporates the LM393 op-amp for reliable and accurate performance.
