Powered by a 32-bit ARM® Cortex™ M0 CPU the NRF51822 offers impressive performance with 256kB/128kB flash and 32kB/16kB RAM ensuring efficient operation for a wide range of applications.
- This chip features an embedded 2.4GHz transceiver that supports both Bluetooth LE and the Nordic Gazell 2.4 GHz protocol making it compatible with nRF24L series products from Nordic Semiconductor. Its low-power capabilities, coupled with its robust protocol support, make the NRF51822 an ideal choice for wireless communication applications that require high flexibility and energy efficiency.
