This product is a DC to AC SSR-100DA Solid State Relay Module. It can switch up to 100A of current with a 3-32V DC input and a zero cross trigger control method. A solid state relay (SSR) is an electronic switch that has no moving parts, unlike an electromechanical relay. There are three types of SSRs: photo-coupled SSR, transformer-coupled SSR, and hybrid SSR. A photo-coupled SSR uses an LED and a photo-sensitive diode to isolate the low voltage control signal from the load. The diode activates a thyristor, a silicon controlled rectifier, or a MOSFET transistor to switch the load.
This relay module has four screw terminals for ring or fork connectors and a plastic cover to protect the terminals.
