The Airfly 2S 4A NMC BMS Hardware Module with Nickel Strip is a Battery Management System (BMS) designed for 2-series (2S) Nickel Manganese Cobalt (NMC) battery packs. This BMS supports a 4A continuous discharge current, making it ideal for low-to-medium power applications such as small electric vehicles (EVs), power banks, solar energy storage systems, and battery-powered devices that require a compact and efficient power management solution. The module incorporates vital protection features to ensure the safe and optimal operation of the battery pack. These protections include overcharge protection, over-discharge protection, overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, and over-temperature protection. These safeguards prevent damage to the battery cells from excessive voltage, current, or temperature fluctuations, helping to maintain battery health and longevity. This BMS module also includes nickel strips, which are used for cell interconnection. The nickel strips ensure proper current distribution across the two cells in the 2S battery pack, helping to achieve balanced charging and discharging.
