Description:
A weighing Load Cell Sensor, or a strain gauge, is a device that converts up to 1 kg of pressure (force) into an electrical signal. The load cell measures the electrical resistance that changes according to the strain (e.g., pressure or force) applied to the bar.
This device can help you measure the weight of an object, detect any changes in weight over time, or sense the presence of an object by measuring the strain or load on a surface. This straight bar load cell is made of aluminum alloy and can read a weight capacity of 1KG.
The load cell has four lead wires that can be connected to the HX711 A/D Pressure Sensor. It is easy to use with a driving voltage of 5-10V and produces an output voltage that varies with the force on it.
To install the sensor, you need to fix one end through the screw hole and leave the other end floating. You must follow the label to indicate the direction of the gravitational force. Do not push the white plastic cover part of the sensor directly as it may cause damage.
