The Dimension Engineering Voltage Regulator Breakout Board simplifies the process of connecting a voltage regulator. It brings the regulator’s connection pins out to a set of screw terminals for easy manipulation. To utilize the board, insert the desired voltage regulator with the correct orientation, and then attach your power source and load by securing stripped wires into the screw terminals.

Voltage regulators are designed to produce a stable output voltage that remains unchanged despite variations in input voltage or load conditions. They come in two main types: linear and switching.

For those who are not adept at soldering, this breakout board is a practical solution. It allows for straightforward connection of the regulator’s pins to screw terminals. Simply insert the voltage regulator, then connect your power source and load by stripping wires and fastening them into the screw terminals.

This board enables effortless powering of devices such as wireless cameras and lighting systems. It accommodates Dimension Engineering’s fixed and adjustable regulators, the Any Volt Micro (RB-Dim-17), and the standard 78xx series linear regulators. Please note, the breakout board is sold without any voltage regulators.
