Product Description
The BK05 250V 5A 80°C Plastic Thermostatic Temperature Switch NC is a thermostat that uses a bimetal disc as the temperature sensor.
When the electrical appliance operates normally, the bimetal disc is free and the contacts are closed.
When the ambient temperature reaches the preset operating temperature, the bimetal disc bends and jumps due to heating, opening the contacts and cutting off the circuit to regulate the temperature. When the electrical appliance cools down to the reset temperature, the contacts close again and reconnect the circuit.
This thermostat is widely used in home appliances and electrical equipment that need thermal protection, such as air conditioner motors, transformers, and thermal appliances.
