This module is ideal for designing a portable charger, as it can convert 0.9-5V input to 5V output for many digital devices. It can also be used for USB charger projects and onboard USB device supply solutions, such as GoPro cameras.
You can power it with a single-cell LiPO, an AA battery, or other sources. With two AA batteries, it can provide 500 ~ 600MA of current, and with one AA battery, it can provide 200ma of current. This is great for supplying mobile phones, cameras, microcontrollers, and other digital products.
