TIP31C NPN Power Transistor
The TIP31C is an NPN power transistor with a current gain of 50 and a maximum collector current of 3A.
This three-layer NPN transistor operates within a specific range, where the collector current (IC) is directly influenced by the base current (IB). A change in the base current causes a corresponding amplified change in the collector current, provided the collector-emitter voltage (VCE) remains constant.
