L9110S Motor Control Driver Chip
The L9110 is an integrated ASIC motor driver chip that combines a two-channel push-pull power amplifier circuit into a single monolithic IC. This design reduces the need for peripheral components, lowering costs and improving overall reliability.
The L9110 features two TTL/CMOS-compatible input channels with strong noise immunity, and each output can drive a motor in both forward and reverse directions. It has a high current-driving capability, with each channel supporting 750 to 800mA of continuous current, and a peak current capacity of up to 1.5 to 2.0A. Additionally, it boasts a low output saturation voltage and includes built-in clamp diodes to protect against current spikes from inductive loads, ensuring safe operation.
This chip is ideal for driving DC motors, stepper motors, relays, and switching power tubes, making it a popular choice for applications in toy car motor drives, stepper motor control, and power switching circuits.
