The (DISCONTINUE) Holybro Kakute H7 v2 Flight Controller brims with features, including integrated Bluetooth, an HD camera plug, dual 4in1 ESC ports for plug-and-play, a 9V VTX ON/OFF Pit Switch, a barometer, OSD, six UARTs, 128MB of Flash for logging, 5V and 9V BECs, and a larger soldering pad for an easier layout, among others.
Building on the strengths of its F7 predecessor, the Kakute H7 v2 enhances hardware components and layout. It includes an integrated Bluetooth chip, allowing for wireless configuration and tuning via the SpeedyBee Android & IOS App. The controller is ready for DJI HD, featuring a plug-and-play port with a 9V regulator to power HD video transmitters like the DJI/Caddx FPV Air Unit & Caddx Vista, while also supporting analog systems.
The Kakute H7 v2 introduces an onboard “VTX ON/OFF Pit Switch,” enabling you to turn off the video transmitter with your RC transmitter’s switch—ideal for drone maintenance, GPS synchronization, or race preparation without overheating or causing interference. It offers six dedicated UART ports with inversion for peripherals (UART2 for Bluetooth telemetry), 128MB Flash for extensive logging, dual 4in1 ESC connectors for straightforward support of x8 & Octocopter configurations, and a clean setup. The integrated BetaFlight OSD facilitates the display of vital FPV information such as battery voltage, flight time, warnings, RSSI, smart audio features, and more. It’s also equipped for autonomous flight with an onboard barometer. Additionally, it includes LED & buzzer pads and an I2C pad (SDA & SCL) for external connections.GPS/Magnetometers.
