It features 8KB of programmable flash memory, 544B of internal SRAM, and supports up to 64KB of external SRAM, along with 512B of EEPROM. Operating within a voltage range of 2.7 to 5.5 volts, it delivers a throughput of 16 MIPS at 16MHz.
With its single-cycle instruction execution, the ATMEGA8515 achieves a throughput of nearly 1 MIPS per MHz, offering an optimal balance of processing power and energy efficiency.
