The STM8S003F3 value line 8-bit microcontrollers feature 8 Kbytes of Flash program memory and integrated true data EEPROM. Classified as low-density devices within the STM8S microcontroller family (referenced in RM0016), the STM8S003F3 offers a blend of performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

These microcontrollers are both powerful and resilient, equipped with a true data EEPROM capable of enduring up to 100,000 write/erase cycles. With an advanced core and peripherals running at a 16 MHz clock frequency, robust I/O pins, and features such as independent watchdogs with separate clock sources and a clock security system, the STM8S003F3 ensures reliable operation.
