The 5-36V Switch Drive High-Power MOSFET Trigger Module is a powerful control board designed for electronic switching using field-effect transistors. It features imported dual MOSFETs arranged in a parallel active output configuration, which minimizes internal resistance, increases current capacity, and enhances overall power handling.
Operating at 15A and 400W under standard temperature conditions, this module is versatile enough for various applications. It simplifies the control of high-power devices such as electric motors and light bulbs, making it easy to adjust motor speeds and lamp brightness.
Thanks to its dual-MOS design, the module delivers strong performance with lower resistance and higher current capabilities. It supports a wide voltage range and is fully compatible with PWM signals, allowing for precise control of high-power applications. Simply input a PWM signal to effortlessly manage motor speeds or light brightness.
Features
The trigger source: digital high-low (DC3.3V – 20V), can be connected microcontroller IO port, PLC interfaces, DC power, you can access the PWM signal, the signal frequency 0–20KHZ perfect support.
Output capacity: DC 5V – 36V, at room temperature, continuous current 15A, power 400W! Lower auxiliary cooling conditions, the maximum current up to 30A.
