The Infrared IR Sensor Receiver Module for Arduino is equipped with a 1838 infrared receiving head. It has high light resistance and strong electromagnetic interference resistance. It also has a built-in infrared dedicated IC that can operate under 500 lux light intensity.
This module can be used in various devices, such as stereos, TVs, video machines, disc machines, set-top boxes, digital photo frames, car stereos, remote control toys, satellite receivers, hard disk players, air conditioners, heaters, electric fans, lights and other home appliances.
The IR Receiver Module is compatible with Arduino and can receive the standard 38KHz modulated remote controller signal. By programming the Arduino, you can decode the remote controller signal and create a universal remote controller with a learning function.
