PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This component is a Tiny RTC Real Time Clock DS1307 I2C IIC module for Arduino, equipped with a DS1307 real-time clock IC and a backup battery. It seamlessly integrates with Arduino using libraries or direct I2C commands to manage time and date settings. The included lithium coin cell battery is designed to last a minimum of four years.
Additionally, the module incorporates an Atmel 24C32 EEPROM chip for reliable data storage without concern for power loss. There is also the option to attach a DS18B20 temperature sensor to the board.
The clock module maintains an accurate time even when disconnected from the Arduino, making it ideal for data logging and other applications where time accuracy is crucial. Communication with the Arduino is facilitated through the I2C interface.
Note: Battery is not included in the package, you need to buy it separately.
