Encased in a compact, two-row, leadless SMD package measuring just 3x3mm in footprint and 1.0mm in height, it is designed for easy reflow soldering. The sensor outputs calibrated digital signals in standard I²C format, providing accurate and reliable temperature and humidity readings.
Featuring a newly developed ASIC chip, an improved MEMS capacitive humidity sensor, and an integrated temperature sensor, the AHT20 offers significant enhancements over its predecessors.
