RFM69HCW Wireless Receiving Module-434 MHz
The RFM69 series is a wireless communication module designed for the 434 MHz ISM band, suitable for global free application. It’s a low-power, high-bandwidth module, ideal for digital communications. These modules are cost-effective, compact, stable, and consistent in product quality, with a maximum data rate of 300Kbps. They are versatile enough for everyday wireless connectivity needs and also serve industrial control, access control, attendance, and security sectors.
The RFM69HCW communicates with a host microcontroller via SPI and is supported by several robust Arduino libraries. It can handle up to 256 networks with 255 nodes each, offers AES encryption for data privacy, and can transmit packets up to 66 bytes in size.
Operating at 915MHz, the RFM69HCW can transmit at power levels up to 100mW and data rates up to 300kbps, both adjustable to suit specific applications. By altering the transmit power and data rate, one can optimize for range or power efficiency. With basic wire antennas and at full power, it can transmit through multiple walls within a large office or up to 500 meters in open air. More sophisticated antennas and modulation techniques have enabled similar devices to transmit from space to Earth.
The RFM69 series offers various models based on MCU band presence, power amplifier enhancement, data interface, and packaging methods, ensuring intra-family module communication. All models boast advanced design and excellent technical specifications that comply with FCC/CE standards, catering to diverse client certification requirements. The RFM69 model comes without an integrated MCU.
