The RS2205 2300KV BLDC Motor is specifically designed for FPV racing, making it an excellent choice for beginners learning the basics of flying FPV. This medium-priced, high-quality brushless DC motor is suitable for drones or quadcopters like the QAV250 and QAV300 racing drones.
One of its standout features is the self-cooling technique, which can reduce the motor’s temperature by up to 30%, thereby extending its service life. The motor also boasts cooling fins and high-grade N52 Neodymium magnets, which set it apart from other drone DC motors. Additionally, the genuine Japanese NMB bearings and enhanced anti-off U ring contribute to its superior performance.
When paired with an Orange 3S LiPo battery and a 5-inch propeller, this motor delivers outstanding acceleration and good stopping power at high RPMs, with a thrust value of around 1024 grams.
