MQ-131 Ozone Gas Detector Sensor Module
The MQ131 gas sensor utilizes O3 SnO2 as its sensitive material, which exhibits lower conductivity in clean air. However, when ozone gas is present, the sensor’s conductivity increases proportionally with the concentration of the gas. By employing a simple electronic circuit, the change in conductivity can be converted into a corresponding output signal representing the gas concentration. The MQ131 gas sensor demonstrates high sensitivity to ozone and is also responsive to other gases such as O3, CL2, NO2, among others.
Features:
- Fast response characteristics
- Mounting holes to facilitate fixed installation.
- The probe can plug design for easy testing.
- Signal light indicates the output.
- Dual signal output (analog output, and TTL-level output)
- TTL output valid signal is low; (low output signal light, can be accessed by the microcontroller IO port)
- Analog output increases with the concentration, the higher the voltage the higher the concentration
- The ozone gas with high sensitivity (detection concentration range 10PPB-2PPM Ozone)
- Long life and reliable stability
