- The WiFi module ESP-1 utilizes the high-performance ESP8285 chip. This compact chip integrates an enhanced Tensilica L106 Diamond series 32-bit kernel CPU with SRAM, endowing the ESP8285 with full Wi-Fi functionality. It can operate independently or as a subordinate to another host CPU. As a subordinate, it boots from the onboard Flash.
- The embedded high-speed buffer not only boosts system performance but also optimizes storage management. Moreover, the ESP8285 can serve as a Wi-Fi adapter via SPI/SDIO or I2C/UART interfaces when incorporated into other MCU designs.
