PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
An encoder can be referred to as an electromechanical device that produces an electrical signal in response to detected movement. It is an electromechanical device that detects the rotation or displacement movement of a connected shaft by means of magnetic, mechanical, resistive, or optical technologies and generates a digital electrical signal from the detected data, producing analog or digital output. In projects requiring high sensitivity, it converts the position, direction of rotation, and speed of motion of a motor into an electrical signal and presents it to the user. Encoders come in two types: linear encoder (linear encoder) and rotary encoder (rotary encoder), depending on the different intended uses.
The Optic Encoder that is most preferred and widely used due to its usage advantages generates an electrical signal based on the interruption of reflected light due to the optical source inside the device.
