The PB-03F is a BLE module created by Shenzhen Ai-Thinker Technology Co., Ltd. It features the PHY6252 (SSOP24) core processor chip, a highly integrated BLE SoC designed for low power consumption, suitable for IoT, mobile devices, wearable electronics, and smart homes. The PHY6252 (SSOP24) chip boasts exceptional low power and RF performance, supporting BLE 5.2. It includes 64 KB SRAM, 256 KB flash, 96 KB ROM, and 256-bit efuse. The chip accommodates various low-power states to meet diverse application power needs. Its RF output power is adjustable, optimizing the balance between communication distance, rate, and power consumption. The PB-03F module offers an array of peripheral interfaces such as UART, PWM, ADC, I2C, SPI, PDM, DMA, and up to 19 IOs. It also features several unique hardware security mechanisms and a hardware encryption accelerator that supports the AES algorithm. The module is compatible with low-power BLE operations, including BLE 5.2 and BLE mesh, and supports Bluetooth rates of 125 Kbps, 500 Kbps, 1 Mbps, and 2 Mbps, along with broadcast expansion, multi-broadcast, and channel selection capabilities.
