Meanwhile, the MKS BASE-L emerges as a comprehensive electronics solution, catering to Reprap and other CNC devices. Featuring an onboard ATmega2560 and powered by A4982 stepper drivers, it offers five motor outputs. Compatible with firmware utilized by Ramps1.4, this board stands out for its adaptability to various power sources, ranging from 12V to 24V.

Designed with versatility in mind, the MKS BASE-L proves ideal for manufacturers engaged in batch production of 3D printers, serving as the primary control board. Distinguishing itself from the Ramps1.4, it incorporates an additional E1 heating output, further enhancing its utility and functionality in diverse applications.
