The PB-03M is a BLE module created by Shenzhen Ai-Thinker Technology Co., Ltd. Its core processor, the PHY6252(SSOP24), is a highly integrated and low-power BLE SoC designed for IoT, mobile devices, wearable electronics, and smart homes. The PHY6252(SSOP24) chip boasts industry-leading low power consumption and RF performance, supporting BLE 5.2. It includes 64 KB SRAM, 256 KB flash, 96 KB ROM, and 256-bit efuse. The chip accommodates various low-power states to meet the needs of different applications. Its RF output power is adjustable, optimizing the balance between communication distance, rate, and power consumption. The PB-03M module offers an array of peripheral interfaces such as UART, PWM, ADC, I2C, SPI, PDM, DMA, and up to 15 IOs. It features several unique hardware security mechanisms and a hardware encryption accelerator that supports the AES algorithm. The module is compatible with low-power BLE operations, including BLE 5.2 and BLE mesh, and supports Bluetooth rates of 125 Kbps, 500 Kbps, 1 Mbps, and 2 Mbps, along with broadcast expansion, multi-broadcast, and channel selection.
