GST invoice on every order
- Zbotic (Moxie Supply Pvt Ltd) issues a GST invoice for every order — sent automatically once the order is placed.
- Buying for a business? Add your GSTIN at checkout (in the billing details) before placing the order so it appears on the invoice and you can claim Input Tax Credit. See the "GST Input Tax Credit" page on zbotic.in for details.
- Need a correction (company name, GSTIN, address) on an invoice? Contact support with the Order ID and the changes required — invoice alterations are only possible before the order is dispatched, so raise the request immediately after ordering.
- A soft copy of any invoice can be re-sent on request, and invoices can also be downloaded from My Account → Orders on zbotic.in.
- An MSME certificate is available on request for vendor-registration purposes.
Bulk orders & quotations
For volume pricing or a formal quotation, share the following with us:
- Product SKUs (shown on each product page) and quantities
- Your GSTIN and the name/address that should appear on the quotation
- Delivery pincode (so we can quote accurate shipping)
