• Zbotic operates from Pune, and our office/warehouse welcomes walk-in visits during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM; closed Sundays and public holidays).
• Self-pickup of online orders is not a standard checkout option. If you are in or near Pune and would like to collect an order yourself, contact support first to arrange it — do not travel to the warehouse without a confirmed pickup arrangement, as orders are packed and dispatched through our courier workflow by default.

How to arrange a pickup

1. Place your order on zbotic.in (prepaid recommended).
2. Immediately contact support with your order number and mention that you'd like to self-collect from the Pune warehouse.
3. Wait for confirmation from our team with the pickup address, timing and the documents to carry (order confirmation + a valid ID).

Our warehouse is located in Moshi, Pune (Gat No. 176, Khadi Machine Road, Gilbile Chowk, Adarsha Nagar, Tapkir Nagar, Moshi, Pune – 412105).

Same-day delivery alternative

If you're in Pune and need parts fast, Same-Day Delivery is available for Pune pincodes at ₹79 — order before 12:30 PM and receive your parcel the same day between 1 PM and 9 PM (not available on Sundays).
