The water flow sensor with an aluminum body is a reliable and accurate flow meter designed to measure liquid flow rates ranging from 1 to 120 liters per minute. It utilizes an internal Hall effect sensor to detect the movement of blades within the flow path, generating a square pulse signal whose frequency correlates directly with the flow rate.
Constructed with a durable aluminum body, the sensor is built for use with 3-inch piping, ensuring longevity and easy installation in a variety of systems. The environmentally friendly encapsulation further enhances its usability across a range of applications.
The sensor operates with magnets mounted on the rotating blades inside the flow meter. As the blades move with the flow, these magnets generate a variable magnetic field, which is detected by the Hall effect sensor. The resulting signal is converted into square pulses by the onboard electronics, which are then transmitted via a yellow wire to a pulse counter for monitoring and data analysis. This design provides precise flow rate measurement while being simple to integrate into existing systems.
