The TBS Triumph Antenna FPV SMA 5.8GHz Antenna is a significant improvement over many other options in the FPV world. Developed by Video Aerial Systems LLC (IBcrazy) and Team BlackSheep, this antenna redefines the design and performance of modern 5.8GHz circular polarized antennas.
A key focus during its development was durability. The Triumph uses a double-jacket heavy-duty semi-rigid cable and tin-plated connectors, ensuring it can withstand tough conditions. It also features a foam-filled and ultrasonically welded enclosure for added protection against impacts.
To achieve the best video signal and range, the design goes beyond traditional Cloverleaf antennas, incorporating advanced modifications specifically for FPV use. The male SMA connector has a male contact body and a male inner hole sleeve contact, while the female SMA is the opposite.
