The HLK-LD2420 is primarily designed for indoor use, detecting the presence of moving or stationary human bodies within its vicinity and updating detection results in real-time. It boasts a maximum sensing distance of 8 meters and offers customizable settings for distance range, sensitivity, and refresh rates across different zones. Additionally, it supports GPIO and UART interfaces for easy plug-and-play integration, making it versatile for various smart applications and end products.
