The BFD-1000 5-Channel Line Tracking Sensor Module is a versatile sensor board designed for use in line-following robots. In addition to its line tracking capabilities, it features an infrared distance sensor and a touch detection sensor, enhancing the adaptability of your robot to various environments and tasks.
The BFD-1000 is optimized for detecting complex black-and-white lines and intersections. It includes six high-sensitivity infrared sensors—five for line tracking and one for obstacle avoidance—that enable precise detection of black and white lines, ensuring reliable performance in dynamic robot designs.
1. BFD-1000 integrates 5 high-sensitivity tracking sensors that are less affected by the environment and can track complex black lines (white lines) accurately. It is also more comfortable for simple black line tracking.
2. BFD-1000 integrates an infrared barrier sensor that can adjust the obstacle avoidance distance through a sliding potentiometer.
3. BFD-1000 has a specially designed touch detection sensor that simplifies the robot design.
4. BFD-1000 outputs all signals as digital signals (v) that can be easily connected to an MCU.
5. BFD-1000 has LED indicators for all sensor output states, which are convenient for debugging.
6. BFD-1000 supports a voltage range of 3.0-5.5 v, which meets the needs of most systems.
7. BFD-1000 uses high-sensitivity sensors that can track changes between 0.5 mm and 40 mm without any adjustment.
