APM 2.8 Flight Controller 2.5 2.6 Upgraded Built-in Compass for FPV RC Drone Aircraft is the new APM 2.8 flight controller. The sensors are exactly the same as the APM 2.6 flight controller, however, this has the option to use the built-in compass, or external compass via a jumper. APM 2.8 Board :
APM 2.8 Multicopter Flight Controller is an upgraded version of 2.5. The sensors are exactly the same as the APM 2.6 flight controller. This makes the APM 2.8 ideal for use with multi-copters and rovers.
The APM 2.8 Multicopter Flight Controller is a complete open-source autopilot system. This is the best-selling technology that won the prestigious Outback Challenge UAV competition. It allows the user to turn any fixed, rotary wing. In addition, it turns multirotor vehicles (even cars and boats) into fully autonomous vehicles. meanwhile, it is capable of performing programmed GPS missions with waypoints.
Shock Absorber :
The universal vibration damping mount or shock absorber has a list of useful applications. This is free camera mounting to Flight controller isolation. It absorbs vibration, the center supported plate is ideal for sensitive electronics and cameras. The flush flat-bottom mounting allows bolt or tape style attachment.
7M GPS :
Neo 7M GPS module that includes an HMC4883L Digital Compass The new NEO 7 series is a high sensitivity, low-power GPS module that has 56 channels and outputs precise position updates at 10Hz. This GPS module also comes with a molded plastic case which keeps the module protected against the elements making it ideal for use on your aircraft or quadcopter.
This Neo 7M GPS module uses an active circuitry ceramic patch antenna to provide an excellent GPS signal which outperforms the older Neo 6 series modules. This Neo 7 module also includes a rechargeable backup battery to allow for HOT starts and also includes an I²C EEPROM to store the configuration settings. Out of the box this GPS module is configured to run at 38400 Baud and is configured to run with APM/Pixhawk systems. This GPS module includes two cables, a 6pin connector for the GPS module, and a 4 pin connector for the i2c compass.
GPS Holder :
The GPS Folding Antenna Base mount comes will a laser cut adhesive pad to quickly attached your GPS module, while the mount itself can be fixed to your craft using the base plate M3 hole, or the cross slides.
APM Power Module :
The APM 2.5.2/2.6/2.8 Pixhawk Power Module is a simple way of providing your APM 2.5 with clean power from a LiPo battery as well as current consumption and battery voltage measurements, all through a 6-pos cable. The on-board switching regulator outputs 5.3V and a maximum of 2.25A from a 2S-6S LiPo battery. The Power Module comes completely assembled with “Deans” or “T” connectors, and wrapped in shrink tubing for protection. Also, the circuit detects a sensing current around 90 A.
