The Ai Thinker A9G GPRS Series Module is a compact SMD package that combines a quad-band GSM/GPRS module with GPRS and GPS/AGPS technologies. It is suitable for various IoT applications, such as home automation, industrial wireless control, wearable electronics, wireless location-aware devices, wireless positioning system signals, and other IoT applications. It offers an ideal solution for IoT applications.
The A9G uses an SMD package that can be quickly produced by standard SMT equipment. It is designed for modern, large-scale, low-cost production methods and is convenient for different IoT hardware terminal applications. Compared to the previous generation A6/A7, the A9/A9G has higher integration and lower core chip cost, which makes the whole solution more cost-effective.
