The Flame Sensor Infrared Receiver Module is a compact, Arduino-compatible device designed for reliable flame detection. It operates within a wavelength range of 760nm to 1100nm, making it effective at detecting flames or light sources. Ideal for detecting small flames, such as from a lighter, the module has a detection range of up to 80cm, with the range increasing as the flame intensity grows. Its 60-degree detection angle and high sensitivity to the flame spectrum ensure accurate and reliable detection.
The module provides a single-channel output signal at the D0 terminal, which can be used to trigger alarm systems or other switching mechanisms. The sensitivity is adjustable via a blue potentiometer on the board, allowing for customization based on specific needs or application requirements. Overall, this Flame Sensor module offers a versatile, adjustable, and efficient solution for flame detection in various environments.
