LT1637IS8
The LT1637 is a robust op amp that works with any single or split supply from 2.7V to 44V. It has a 1.1MHz gain-bandwidth product and consumes less than 250μA of quiescent current. It can also be shut down, making the output high impedance and lowering the quiescent current to only 3μA. The LT1637 is protected from reverse supply up to 25V, as it draws almost no current in this case. The input range of the LT1637 covers both supplies and the output swings to both supplies as well.
The LT1637 can drive heavy loads unlike most micropower op amps; its rail-to-rail output delivers 25mA. The LT1637 is stable at unity gain with any capacitive load up to 4700pF, if optional 0.22μF and 150Ω compensation is used.
The LT1637 has a unique input stage that stays high impedance and operates even when above the positive supply. The inputs can handle 44V both differential and common mode, even on a 3V supply. The inputs are protected by built-in resistors for faults up to 22V below the negative supply. The output does not reverse phase for inputs 5V below VEE or 44V above VEE , regardless of V CC.
The LT1637 op amp comes in the 8-pin MSOP, PDIP and SO packages. For applications with limited space, the LT1637 is also available in a 3mm × 3mm × 0.8mm dual fine pitch leadless package (DFN).
