V6 Heat Break Hotend Throat With Teflon Tube for 1.75mm Filament. This heat break is compatible with E3D v6 1.75mm hot ends.
This tube is made of stainless steel and coated with TwinClad XT, a low-friction Electroless Nickel composite coating. TwinClad XT is often used in injection molding for its release properties. This coating reduces clogging in the hotend zone where the filament melts. It is also hard and resistant to corrosion. It works well with abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber, Metal-filled, Aluminates, etc.
This part replaces the PTFE liner and provides reliable and long-lasting performance with PLA.
