Three Hole Electrical Insulating Adhesive Mat for Battery Cell terminal Insulation
This product is an electrical insulating adhesive mat with three holes, designed for battery cell terminal insulation. It is made of cardboard paper and can be used to combine two 18650 battery insulators. It provides better protection against short circuits on batteries. It has an easy peel and stick application.
The product has an outer ring diameter of 17mm, an inner ring diameter of 10mm, and a thickness of 0.25mm. One sheet contains 10 pieces of battery insulators adhesive paper rings.
How to use?
- Take off each insulation paper from base paper.
- Put and stick upper hollow adhesive insulation paper on the top of battery positive.
- Put and stick lower solid adhesive insulation paper on the negative.
- Then, you can weld Ni tape or Ni-plated steel plate with positive, negative to make the battery pack.
