MQ-131 Ozone Gas Detector Sensor Module
The MQ-131 gas sensor uses O3 SnO2 as its sensitive material, which has lower conductivity in clean air. When ozone gas is present, the sensor’s conductivity increases with the rising gas concentration. A simple electric circuit can convert the change of conductivity into a corresponding output signal of gas concentration. The MQ-131 gas sensor is highly sensitive to ozone, and also responds to O3 CL2, NO2, and other gases.
