PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The IR Remote Control Sensor Module for Arduino features a high-sensitivity sensor that operates at 5V and outputs a digital signal. It is compatible with both 5V and 3.3V microcontrollers through the VCC pin.
While the kit’s theoretical range is approximately 5-8 meters, actual performance may differ due to environmental factors and physical obstructions like partitions and glass.
Equipped with an HX1838 chip, the receiver includes a power indicator light and is capable of receiving any 38K frequency encoded remote data.
Additionally, the module comes with a sleek 38K universal infrared IR remote control, utilizing the NEC encoding format and offering 21 keys. This remote is versatile, suitable for a range of devices including USB port stereos, car MP3 systems, foot baths, lighting solutions, digital photo frames, and various microcontroller boards.
Note: IR Remote does not come with Battery (CR2025) you have to buy it separately.
