The CFR Series Carbon Film Resistors are crafted by applying a uniform layer of pure carbon onto premium ceramic rods. Following this, a helical groove is carved into the resistive layer, and electrolytic copper leads are affixed to the endcaps through welding. To safeguard against environmental factors, the resistors are then coated with multiple layers of tan-colored lacquer. In instances where resistors are subjected to ambient temperatures surpassing 70°C, this construction ensures optimal performance and durability.
