Product Description
The HC-08 Bluetooth UART communication module is a transmission module based on the new generation of Bluetooth V4.0 BLE protocol. It operates on the 2.4GHz ISM wireless frequency and uses GFSK modulation. The module has a maximum transmit power of 4dBm and a receiving sensitivity of -93dBm. It can achieve up to 80 meters of ultra-long-distance communication with an iphone4s in an open environment.
The module employs the CC2540 chip, which has a 256K Byte space and supports AT commands. Users can change the parameters such as the role, the serial baud rate, and the device name according to their needs, making it flexible to use.
The module is mainly designed for short-range wireless data transmission, such as Bluetooth wireless data transfer, industrial remote control, telemetry, traffic, underground positioning, alarm, smart home, etc. It can also serve as an industrial serial port Bluetooth, replacing wired serial connections.
