The W25Q32JV (32M-bit) Serial Flash memory is an efficient storage solution for systems with limited space, pins, and power. Part of the 25Q series, it offers superior flexibility and performance compared to typical Serial Flash devices. It can store various types of data, including voice, text, and code, and supports executing code directly from Dual/Quad SPI (XIP) or by shadowing code to RAM. Operating on a single 2.7V to 3.6V power supply, it consumes just 1µA in power-down mode, and is available in compact, space-saving packages.
