This Single Hole Electrical Insulating Adhesive Mat is designed for insulating battery cell terminals, specifically for 18650 batteries. It provides better protection to prevent short circuits.
Key Specifications:
– Outer Ring Diameter: 17mm
– Inner Ring Diameter: 10mm
– Thickness: 0.25mm
– Each sheet contains 10 pieces of Battery Insulator Adhesive Paper Rings.
How to Use:
1. Remove the insulation paper from the base paper.
2. Apply the upper hollow adhesive insulation paper to the positive terminal of the battery.
3. Apply the lower solid adhesive insulation paper to the negative terminal.
4. You can then weld Ni tape or a Ni-plated steel plate to connect the positive and negative terminals and create a battery pack.
